Chloe is a mom of two, and a certified GGS Certified Pregnancy & Postpartum Fitness specialist, PCES Pregnancy & Postpartum corrective exercise specialist, GGS womens's fitness specialist, and ACE certified personal trainer with over a decade of coaching experience. She helps women feel empowered in their bodies in every stage of motherhood.
As a former professional dancer, she deeply understands the complicated relationship we can have in our bodies as women.
After becoming a mom, her views and approach with fitness and body image took a drastic shift.
Chloe takes a function-focused and empowered approach to wellness for women. She has a passion for helping women with diastasis recti, pelvic floor dysfunction, and other mom-specific issues. Her holistic approach has helped women all over the world go from feeling "broken" to being stronger than they ever thought possible in the last 5 years as a pregnancy and postpartum corrective exercise and functional strength training specialist.
