This is one of the craziest client transformations to date! Katie broke her pelvis 13 years ago when she had her first baby. Ever since then she's been dealing with severe back pain, and bladder leaks bad enough to wear a pad all day. We started slow, but I had her lifting heavier with more intention, working on slowing down, and connecting back to her body and it shifted everything for her.
